Residual Budget Deviation (Inverter)

Residual Budget Deviation is the difference between the default energy budget and the sum of Energy Actual and all known deviations to the forecasted budget (including the Weather Adjustment).

This signal can consist of both a positive part of uncategorized loss deviations, as well as a negative part of loss deviation that is covered by more than one category.

Residual Budget Deviation = Default Energy Budget - ( Energy Actual + Weather Adjustment + Performance Ratio Budget Deviation )
