Potential Power Performance Ratio Forecast

This calculation makes it possible to estimate the power for an inverter, given forecast values for its Performance Ratio.

The signal is not allowed to have negative values. They are instead replaced with 0.

Required metadata fields:

  • DC Capacity (kWp), set per inverter

Optional metadata fields:

  • Availability Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2), set per inverter

  • Performance Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2), set per inverter

is the Potential Power PR Forecast, clamped to the positive part

is the Performance ratio forecasts

is the Irradiance used under Standard Test Conditions (1000 W/m2)

is Solar Irradiance Reference

is the Performance Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2) (Device metadata 16)

is the Availability Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2) (Device metadata 15)
