Plan downtime

Follow these steps to plan downtime events with Plan > Downtime.

  1. Go to Plan > Downtime.

  2. Click Plan downtime in the top right corner. A Plan downtime dialog will appear.

  3. Select the assets which will be affected by the downtime event.

  4. Select which tasks will apply to the downtime event.

  5. Enable the Show resolved tasks toggle to include tasks which have already been resolved in the downtime list.

  6. Select the start time and end time of the downtime event.

  7. Enter a comment regarding the downtime event.

  8. Click Save.
