Performance Ratio (IEC Module Temp. Corrected)

Temperature-corrected performance ratio according to IEC-61724-1.

Remarks

This calculation requires Solar Irradiance Reference, Energy, and Module temperature in order to be calculated.

Required metadata field:

  • DC Capacity (kW) (Inverter metadata 7)

Optional metadata fields:

  • Performance Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2) (Inverter metadata 13) - if missing a default of 20W/m2 will be used.

  • Cell Reference Temperature (°C) (Inverter metadata 35) - if missing a default of 25°C will be used.

  • Power Temperature Coefficient (%/°C) (Site metadata 27) - if missing a default of -0.3% will be used.

Note

This signal is resolution-dependent.

is the Performance Irradiance Cut-In (W/m2) (Inverter metadata 13), with a fallback to 20 W/m2

is irradiance used under Standard Test Conditions (1000 W/m2)

is the DC Capacity (kW) (Inverter metadata 7)

is the Power Temperature Coefficient (%/°C) (Site metadata 27) with a fallback to -0.3%/°C

Tmodule

is the average of available module temperature signals

T0

is the Cell Reference Temperature (°C) (Inverter metadata 35), with a fallback to 25°C

is the Energy or Power with Fallback
