Log on site access (WTSR compliant)
Log on site access from Plan > Site Access

Follow these steps to log on site access from Plan > Site Access.

  1. Go to Plan > Site Access.

  2. Click Log Site Access in the top right corner. A Log Site Access dialog will appear.

  3. Select the site where you want to grant access for the site access event (mandatory).

    Note

    The selection of a site will automatically create a Current Conditions section at the bottom of the dialog. This section displays current site information.

  4. Select the devices which relate to the site access event (not mandatory).

  5. Select which task the site access event relates to, or create a new task.

    Note

    The site access needs to be linked to a task with active notifications if you want to received email notifications for a specific site access event or when the site access is overdue. Please see Site Access Notifications for more information.

  6. Select the personnel who will be granted site access (mandatory).

  7. Select the start time and expected end time. When the site access has not been logged off at the expected end time, the site access marker color changes to red.

  8. Enter any comments related to the site access event.

  9. Click Save.

Log on site access from the sidebar

Follow these steps to log on site access from the sidebar.

  1. Click the three dot menu of the specific wind farm and select Log Site Access. A Log Site Access dialog will appear. The site will be preselected.

  2. Select which task the site access event relates to, or create a new task.

  3. Select the personnel who will be granted site access (mandatory).

  4. Select the start time and expected end time. When the site access has not been logged off at the expected end time, the site access marker color changes to red.

  5. Enter any comments related to the site access event.

  6. Click Save.
