Edit contract categories

Follow these steps to edit the contract categories in Monitor > Status categorization.

  1. Go to Monitor > Status categorization.

  2. Depending on the type of contract you are categorizing statuses for, choose the Service ContractGlobal Contract, or Custom Contract column. Categorize a status by clicking on the dropdown on the status row.

  3. Select the contract category you want to apply to the status.


    The available options will be defined by the respective contract.

  4. When overriding a default category, you will be asked to update the comment on the status.


    An initial (D) before a contract category means that this is the default category for that status code.
