Data Availability Turbine
Description

Data availability indicates how much data is available for a turbine. It is calculated for every time step (normally 10-minutes). A time step is considered available if there is a power value and a wind speed value available for that step. Wind speed and Power are used because all turbines, regardless of turbine type, have these signals.
