Available Capacity for Production

Available Capacity for Production shows how much power a turbine is capable of producing at the given time assuming ideal wind conditions are present. If the turbine is operational it is assumed to produce at the maximum of its effective power curve. If the turbine is non-operational it is assumed to be unable to produce. This signal differs from the Potential Power turbine signal in that it does not take actual wind conditions into account, but instead assumes ideal wind conditions. A common use case for this signal is to provide production availability data required by a power off-taker or a production forecasting service.
