Add a notification scheme

Follow these steps to create a notification scheme.

  1. Go to Administrate > Notifications.

  2. Click Add a notification scheme in the top right corner. An Add a Notification Scheme dialog will appear.

  3. Enter a title for the notification scheme.

  4. Select which devices the notification scheme should be active for.

  5. Enable the Send notification for alerts toggle if your pre-defined alerts should be included under this notification scheme.

  6. Select whether you want the notification to apply to all alerts or selected alerts. If you want selected alerts, then select which alerts you want to apply from the list.

  7. Enable the Send notification for status events toggle if you want to be notified about status events under this notification scheme. Select whether you want to be notified for all status codes or specific status codes.

    Note

If you want to send notifications for status events based on specific status codes, you will select the status codes after you have saved your general settings.

The following options are available for notifications for status events.

    • Send notification for stops. Enable this toggle to include all stops under this notification scheme.

    • Send notification for warnings. Enable this toggle to include all warnings under this notification scheme.

    • Send notification for other communication issues. Enable this toggle to include other communication issues under this notification scheme.

    • Send notification for curtailment events. Enable this toggle to include curtailment events under this notification scheme.

    • Send notification for other status events. Enable this toggle to include status events other than those in the listed options under this notification scheme.

    Note

The above options can be combined, but it is recommended to create separate notification schemes instead of including all status events in one scheme.

  8. Select Send a notification when the status/alert is resolved if you want to be notified with a separate email or push notification on the mobile app when a status/alert is resolved.

  9. Select Only send notification for active status events/alerts if resolved statuses should be excluded from the notification.

  10. Select the delay from the list.

    Tip

This is helpful if you want to be notified for only status events that last longer than your selected delay time.

  11. Select whether you want the notification to be sent to you by email, a push notification on the mobile app, or both. At least one option must be selected.

  12. Select one or more users who should receive notifications under this scheme.

  13. Add recipients who are not users by entering their email address in the Additional emails field. Separate email addresses by semicolon or comma.

  14. Select how often the recipients should be notified under this scheme.

  15. Click Save or click Next if you chose Specific status codes in Step 6.
